Ingvar Carlsson, born 9 November 1934 in Borås, Sweden, is a Swedish Social Democratic former politician. He was the Prime Minister of Sweden from March 1986, following the assasination of Olof Palme, until October 1991 and then again from October 1994 until March 1996.[1]
