The 1982 FIFA World Cup was the 12nd edition of the FIFA World Cup, which was played in Spain between 13 June–11 July 1982. Italy won the tournament, defeating West Germany 3–1 in the final game.[1]


The mascot for this event was Naranjito, an anthropomorphic orange who also worn the Spain's national team kit.
